
2026 Stake Quest – Walk with Christ
The Reno Stake 2026 Quest is designed to help you step away from everyday distractions, build meaningful friendships, and deepen your relationship with Jesus Chris through adventure, reflection, and community. Participants can expect a faith-centered, outdoor experience that includes hiking, group activities, spiritual vignettes, campfires, personal reflection, wonderful meals, and meaningful discussions centered on walking with Jesus Christ.
Location
Camp Robert L. Cole is located on the south shore of Lake Sterling. Located high in the Sierra’s (7100 feet), the camp is nestled amongst the evergreens and provides an ideal setting for a wide variety of youth outdoor activities.
Camp Robert L. Cole is located approximately 57 miles west of Reno. Take I-80 to Cisco Grove. After taking the exit 165 off-ramp, turn north (left if coming from Sacramento, right if coming from Reno). This road will end in a “T” at Hampshire Rocks Road. Turn left and travel about 200 yards. Make a right turn onto a dirt road. Follow the signs for approximately 6 miles to Camp Cole on Sterling Lake Road.
The road can be rough and may not be suitable for cars with low clearance.

- Quest Kickoff: Sunday, March 8th at 7 pm at Golconda building
- Quest Prep: Sunday, June 28th at 7 pm at Golconda building
- Quest Week: Leaving Reno (from home ward chapel) on Wednesday, July 29th at 1:30 pm and arriving to Camp Cole at 3 pm. Leaving Camp Cole at 11 am and arriving back to Reno (home ward chapel) at approximately 12:30 pm on Saturday, August 1st, 2026
